We service any home or home office in Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Erindale, Dixie, Clarkson, Cooksville, Port Credit, Streetsville, Malton, Meadowvale, Etobicoke and Toronto and any Business in a forty five minute driving radius of Erin Mills Town Center.

Once requested, we will arrange an on-site schedule. An expert technician will be dispatched to your location the same day, the next business day, or at a convenient time for both parties with the necessary equipment and spare parts to solve your problems. We come to your house or work place and get the issues fixed and we make sure that other applications are still functional.

Prices are based on the time spent to repair and the cost of the repair parts (if any). When we come to your location, we currently charge $50 per hour for labor with a half hour minimum. If we decide at your location that repairs wouild be best done at our business office, and that you agree to allowing our professional to take the computer with them, then the rate for repair would be the time spent troubleshooting at your location at our normal rate of $50 per hour (minimum half an hour) and then $40 per hour thereafter for repairs done at our business office. If any parts are required we will locate them and charge you only for the cost of the parts needed.

We don't charge for travel time.

If the repair is completed in less time than the minimum time, why not ask the technician to stay for the remaining time to carry out a general PC health check or a virus scan.
