We service any home or home office in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Milton, Mississauga, Erindale, Dixie, Clarkson, Cooksville, Port Credit, Streetsville, Malton, Meadowvale, Etobicoke and Toronto and any Business in a forty five (45) minute driving radius of Sheridan College, Trafalgar Campus, in Oakville.
Once requested, we will arrange an on-site schedule. An expert technician will be dispatched to your location the same day, the next business day, or at a convenient time for both parties with the necessary equipment and spare parts to solve your problems. We come to your house or work place and get the issues fixed and we make sure that other applications are still functional.
Prices are based on the time spent to troubleshoot or repair and the cost of the repair parts (if any). When we come to your location, we will charge our On-Site rates. If we decide at your location that repairs wouild be best done at our business office, and that you agree to allowing our professional to take the computer(s) with them, then the remaining time spent will be charged at our Off-Site rates. If any parts are required we will locate them and quote you prior.
